Déboussolées is a project of the Conseil d’intervention pour l’accès des femmes au travail (CIAFT), developed with the financial support of the Fondation Lucie et André Chagnon.

With the wide range of issues that affect women’s economic autonomy and the many ways to take action, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Déboussolées offers a space for reflection to identify the actions that seem most important and to better understand the drivers of change each person tends to prioritize.

Through a feminist and intersectional lens, the tool highlights the main issues related to women’s economic autonomy. The responses collected will also help amplify citizens’ priorities and inform the CIAFT’s research, recommendations, and advocacy with public decision-makers.

As the Quebec election approaches, Déboussolées provides an opportunity to reflect on your own priorities and take an informed look at the issues that should be at the heart of public decision-making.

Founded in 1982, the CIAFT is a Québec-wide feminist coalition dedicated to collective rights advocacy. Its mission is to defend women's rights at work and promote policies, services, and measures that support their access to, retention in, and advancement in employment. Through its work, the CIAFT contributes to advancing women's economic autonomy, equality, and equity in the workplace.
